Can Walking Really Change How You Think? #walk #walkingaround #newborn

https://books2read.com/walk We have been walking since the first day, that we stood on our feet as toddlers. We keep walking our whole life. We never truly stop walking or moving from one place to another, as we age. Life is all about interacting with the world, through its every endearing stage. I have loved walking since my childhood. I still walk a lot every day. I call walking a form of dynamic meditation. I usually walk to free mind and to open my soul, as I absorb, all the sights and the sounds that I see in the world that moves like a cinema screen around me. Mind-expanding vision walking could be interpreted as a conscious walking practice that: Encourages broad visual awareness, like noticing the horizon, the landscape, nature and all its beauty. Promotes mental spaciousness, imagination, creativity, and emotional balance. Combines movement, mindfulness, and visual engagement to foster insight and well-being. Waiting for the Rain

Image
Waiting for the Rain to Fall I am waiting for the rain to fall. It is late at night and there is a breeze, That whistles by and rustles the trees. Leaves fall and bounce off the white wall. The skies are without stars tonight. The Moon has hidden her face behind the clouds. The night skies are dark with a billion shrouds. Not a planet or a star is willing to shine tonight. The smell of the rain is carried in the breeze. The hermit sits like a child waiting for the rainfall. He has entered a state of zen and now he sees it all. There is a balance between life that moves with ease. There is a silent whisper in the cool summer breeze. Tiny droplets of water fall on leaves and on silent roads. Within a few minutes there are well windows and boards. The rain has started blessing the earth and does not cease.

The Realm of Dreams

Image
In the realm of dreams, The impossible is possible. Reality with all its rules, Does not hold in this realm. Every dreamy landscape exists, From raging volcanoes to waterfalls, From magical creatures in the mists. In the kingdom of dreams and fantasy, There is no place for harsh reality. When we close our eyes and dream, Our imagination takes control, it does seem. The real world fades behind the veil of illusion. We witness events that go beyond belief, We are part of a carnival that has no conclusion. I n the world ruled by the God of Dreams, There are creatures that we have never seen. Some worlds defy our human imagination. Do these worlds really exist beyond the Gates of Time? Where reality ceases to exist, and nothing is a crime. Perhaps these fantastical worlds we create in our minds. They exist to lessen the loads we bear in the real world. Nothing is real, nothing exists, and nothing binds.
