We never truly stop walking or moving from one place to another, as we age. Life is all about interacting with the world, through its every endearing stage. I have loved walking since my childhood. I still walk a lot every day. I call walking a form of dynamic meditation. I usually walk to free mind and to open my soul, as I absorb, all the sights and the sounds that I see in the world that moves like a cinema screen around me. Mind-expanding vision walking could be interpreted as a conscious walking practice that: Encourages broad visual awareness, like noticing the horizon, the landscape, nature and all its beauty. Promotes mental spaciousness, imagination, creativity, and emotional balance. Combines movement, mindfulness, and visual engagement to foster insight and well-being.
